Teapot and cover

Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, a version of the 'reliefzierat' model, bulbous body tapering towards the base, a border of relief moulded radiating ribs around the shoulder border below by rococo scrolls and trailing four groups of moulded scrolls down the sides of the body, short curving spout with rococo moulding, scrolled handle with foliate moulding, cover with a flower finial and relief moulded scrolls; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to either side of the body a spray of flowers, three floral sprigs to the cover, the finial painted in naturalistic enamels.
