Also attached are copies of two letters from The South Wales and Monmouthshire Iron and Steel Manufacturers' Association regarding the proposed rules. Letters are addressed to W.E. Simoms at Dowlais-Cardiff Works. Typed in black and red ink on cream paper. All documents dated 29th June 1931.
