"Test" wafer manufactured by CRONOS (JDS Uniphase Company) cost = $150 (US dollars). 100mm wafer (silicon) with 8mm mask of photoresist. Unetched. Used by STS as standard test wafer to measure etch rates for different features. In original container (2001.202/2).
