Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Photograph (print)

unknown (Photographer)

The six men in the foreground are dividing the 'contract' pay, delivered, all in coin, in the little pay 'kettle'. Five piles are placed in the corners of the pay docket and presumably the main contractor's share is concealed in the packet in front of him. The powder tin on the left is for carrying explosives. Location unknown.
