Part of slate block cut into five parts

New, fresh, high quality reddish blue slate block from Penrhyn Quarries, Bethesda. The block is split (by staff at the Welsh Slate Museum) into five sections of 8 thickness (2004.22/1), 4 thickness (2004.22/2), 2 thickness (2004.22/3) and two single thickness (2004.22/4-5).
