Sucrier with cover

Sucrier, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and rounded sides, domed cover with acorn finial; painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior of the sucrier and the top of the cover scattered floral sprigs including pink roses, around the top of the sucrier and the rim of the cover elaborate borders of gilt scrolls with a blue line running through them, gilt dentil edges to the upper rim of the sucrier and the rim of the cover, the finial partially gilt.
