S.S. RAVENSHOE (weight 1977 tons) was built by Charles Mitchell & Co, Low Walker, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and launched on 13 April 1880. Owned by John Cory & Sons, Cardiff. The S.S. RAVENSHOE foundered 200 nautical miles from Odessa on 5 Janaury 1894 on a voygae from Odessa to Antwerp carrying a cargo of barley and wheat. Official number 1081345.
