Circular clock with slate face, and short deformed hands. Roman numerals very faintly scribed. Originally set into the gable end of a cottage adjacent to the Penscoins incline upper winding house at Y Felinheli, Gwynedd. Padarn Railway, linking the Dinorwic slate quarries to Port Dinorwic (Felinheli).
