On a rocky mount, an embattled castle of masonry with central turret or keep and two round side-towers, the portcullis half-closed. To either side of the central tower, a shield: dext. A cross (of St George) impaling sin. quarterly, 1. and 4. FRANCE (Modern), 2. and 3. ENGLAND. Inner border engrailed.
