Pot, stoneware, deeply inset foot, concave lower section rising to convex upper part, tapering to rim, turned ridges around the upper section, the upper half and inside covered in a shiny iron-rich amber glaze revealing in patches a clear glaze over white slip below, the lower part covered with off-white slip abraded, pitted and with a band of roughly cut marks at the top of the concave section.
