S.S. ST. ROSARIO (4312gt). Built 1937 as ST. ROSARIO by J.L.Thompson & Sons Ltd., North Sands, Sunderland, for Barry Shipping Co Ltd., of Newport, Mon. 1939 – Sold to South American Saint Line, Cardiff (name retained). 1952 – Sold to Otto Bancks Rederi A/B, Helsinki, and renamed KATIA. 1958 – Renamed KATIA BANCK (same owners). 1963 – Sold to Erik Banck Rederi A/B, Helsinki, but retained the name KATIA BANCK. 1964 – Sold to Sold to Ypermachos Co. Nav., Panama, and renamed YPERMACHOS (managed by Lemos Brothers). She arrived at Huangpu, China on 4 August 1969 for breaking up.
