Dessert dish, thickly potted soaprock porcelain, melon-shaped, a diamond-shaped form with short foot-rim and curving shaped sides; transfer-printed in underglaze blue with to the well the 'Fisherman' pattern, an oriental-style pattern with a standing fisherman in a boat in the foreground and a smaller seated fisherman on an island beyond him, around the rim a cell and inverted fleur-de-lys border.
