Jug, earthenware, globular body, short cylindrical neck, beak spout, scroll loop handle with raised thumb-spur; transfer-printed in black and overpainted in yellow, red, blue, green, purple and orange enamels with around most of the body Chinese scenes with figures in a garden, to the front of the body oriental motifs against a purple scale pattern ground, the same pattern repeated around the neck.
