Royal seal for Ecclesiastical causes from the Deanery of Arwystli, Powys. 1549-53 (temp Edw. VI) Brass. 99.5g with folding scrolled handle; p.o. 78x54mm. The Royal arms, France (Modern) and England quarterly, ensigned with the imperial crown; supporters: dexter, a lion guardant crowned; sinister, a dragon; ensigned with a crown.
