Cup, coffee

Coffee cup, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and high slightly curving sides flaring slightly at the lip-rim, scroll handle; decorated with to the exterior sodes a conventional lotus pattern of wide scrolling bands of a puce diaper pattern edged in gilt against a background of vertical spiral lines in puce and gilt, scattered floral sprays and sprigs intermingled into the design, a gilt edge to the lip-rim, the handle picked out in gilt.
