Three-aspect railway shunter’s or guard’s lamp possessing a clear lens with red and green shutters. Supposedly associated with the Barry Railway but differs in design to known lamps of this company. It also lacks the company’s name and lamp number which the railway’s lamps usually bore. It may have been associated with one of the industries served by the Barry Railway.
