Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Plate

Plate, earthenware, circular shape, tapering foot-rim slanting inwards with an incised ring around it, curving sides and spreading rim, a slightly raised edge to the well; crudely painted in red-orange, blue, pink, green, yellow and brown with to the centre of the well an exotic bird perched on a plinth with a small fence behind and spreading sprays of flowers to either side, an orange band to the rim, a brown band to the edge of the rim.
