Spill vase, cylindrical, wide flat base; the base is banded with three borders - gilt and blue, gilt and red and gilt and yellow, the top is banded with a waved gilt border intersecting with blue zigzags, the mid-section is seperated into panels by gilt lines, painted within each panel are alternating hanging and growing sprig patterns.
