Circular dish, vertical sides rising from flat base applied with two handles. Domed lid surmounted by handle. Circular tripod stand, with scroll legs and pierced gallery to centre to contain spirit lamp (missing) under dish. Dark brown tortoiseshell japan throughout. Simple gilded bands to stand
