Pair of boots
Pair of black rubber 'suretred' wellington boots from Penallta Colliery. Boots have grey sole with yellow oblong within which black NCB letters below which a silver British Safety mark stamp all on right hand side. Sole also has inscription and numbers 6 and 7.
