Black print on cream paper. 'The Alexandra (Newport) Docks and Railway Company' printed on top of letter. Letter relates to the maintenance of Electric Light (working with Messrs Alger & Sons). Handwritten signature from secretary at lower edge. Dated 28 August, 189_.
