Ornate border surround with additional ornate border on left with image of a locomotive in centre. Embossed company seal on lower left hand corner depicting coat of arms and two locomotives in centre. 1 £10 share numbered 20996. Certificate number '1145'. Dated 4 February, 1884. 'CANCELLED' stamped down both left and right hand sides.
