(5173gt) : Laid down as WAR BIRCH (2), but completed 1919 by Greenock & Grangemouth Dockyard Ltd., Cartsdyke, Midlothian (engine by Rankin & Blackmore Ltd., Greenock), as LEAPARK for J & J Denholm Ltd., Greenock. 1920 –Sold to London & Piraeus Steamship Co., London, and renamed MOUNT ATHOS. 1921 Sold to N.D. Lykiardopulo, Argostoli, and renamed ANNA. 1953 Transferred to Cephalonian Maritime Co. (N.D. Lykiardopulo), Piraeus (same name). 1954 Sold to Cia de Vapores Loundini Ltd., Costa Rica, and renamed CAPETAN DIMITRIS. She was broken up at Osaka in 1959 following a collision with a barge train in the Mississippi River in the September. (lloyds register) (oceania.pbworks.com)
