Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Ynyscedwyn ironworks, slide

Robin, Dean (Photographer)

Ynyscedwyn Ironworks, showing blast furnace charging bank retaining wall from south west. The arches in the base of the wall are too large to have been tapping arches of blast furnaces, so the wall is unlikely to have been a row of older masonry furnaces re-used as a charging bank. Diamond Colliery tip in left background.
