The Grand Ambulance Parade Shield, presented in the annual competition among the railwaymen of the Cardiff Division, 1884 and 1885. Originally presented by Lord Glanely as the prize for the winning teams in the Taff Vale Railway First Aid Competition.

Hall-marked silver with a circular raised pattern of mounted horse-riders. Behind glass and within a wooden wall mount.
