Embossed company seal on lower centre depicting embossed image of ship. 86 £10 shares numbered 3584 to 3669. Certificate number '170'. Dated 8 March 1901. On reverse is information on three calls made on June 1901, September 1901 and October 1902 signed by the secretary. With certificate is a separate piece of paper upon which is printed 'That the name of the Company be changed from the Barry New Dry Docks Company, Limited, to the Severn Dry Docks Company, Limited.
