Glass bottle (with cork and metal stopper) presented to Mr Ernest (Ernie) Way, N.U.M. lodge chairman of Celynen North Colliery and executive member of N.U.M. South Wales Area, by workers of the Naestved region of Denmark as a token of their support during the 1984-85 miners' strike. The Naestved region of Denmark is famous for its glass making industry.
