Jug, pearlware, inset base, globular body, vertical neck, upright plain spout, plain loop handle; outline transfer-print in black, overpainted in orange, pink, green, blue, yellow with reserved panels with scrolling borders against iron red ground, two with chinese garden scenes, one with an exotic bird in a tree, the ground covered with flower heads, the neck decorated with alternating panels filled with circles and a diaper pattern, with acorns in roundels, an oval-patterned border to the interior lip-rim, a running border of oak leaves and acorns to the handle, black bands to the shoulder and lip-rim.
