Vase and cover, "tortoiseshell" creamware; flat base, hexagonal body with narrow stem broadening into a curved shoulder and straight, hexagonal neck, with hollow, domed, hexagonal stopper; sponged "tortoiseshell" glaze of brown, green and petrol blue.
