Handwritten in black ink on white paper. Contains two wax seals, one of which is stamped with Guest Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. insignia. Also attached to the deed is a plan drawn on yellow tracing paper. Deed of Covenant made between Mr David Buck and Guest Keen & Nettlelfolds Ltd. David Buck (proprietor of Viaduct Colliery) wished to mine minerals etc. under roads in Abersychan owned by Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. An agreement on behalf of David Buck to accept expenses for damages caused to the road due to his activities. Dated 1906.
