Affidavit or Affirmation for Inland Revenue

Printed in black ink on pale lilac paper, with details handwritten in black ink. Affidavit or Affirmation for Inland Revenue, made by Mrs Elizabeth Ann Carr, re. the estate of her husband, Mr James Carr (deceased). Also pinned to the Affidavit are two other documents. One is an affidavit made by Mr Alfred George Edwards, declaring that he was a witness to the will made by Mr James Carr. Typed in black ink on white paper. The other is a form containing the financial details of Mr James Carr. Printed in black ink on cream paper, with details handwritten in black ink.
