Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Chalice, silver gilt, standing on a hexafoil foot with an applied vertical moulded rim, on each lobe affixed an octagonal champlevé enamel panel containing the head of one of 6 apostles (Ss. Bartholomew, Simon Zelotes, James the Greater, John, Matthias, Thomas) with their attributes on a blue ground, the foot rising to the hexagonal lower stem engraved with lancets, above this an octagonal ribbed knop with pierced tracery and eight flower-shaped bosses, above the knop the stem becoming octagonal and engraved alternately with lancets and (perhaps) the tree of life, supporting a plain conical bowl.
