Three quarter Port Bow view of S.S BARRINGTON COURT, coming into Cardiff Docks, c.1947/1948.

(4910gt) : Built 1924 by Workman, Clark & Co. Ltd., Belfast, for Court Line Ltd., (managed by Haldin & Phillips Ltd., London). 1948 - Sold to La Tunisienne Steam Navigation Co. Ltd. (managed by Frank C. Strick & Co. Ltd. London) and renamed LEON DE NERVO. 1951 - Sold to Cia. Puerto Rico S.A, Panama and renamed ELETRIC. She ran aground north west of Ras al Jidufa, Masirah Island in August 1960 and was declared a total loss.
