Handmade miniature straw hat with round crown and broad sloping brim. Constructed from plaited straw. Decorated on crown with flowers and leaves of dyed straw/raffia. Made in the 1940s by Gladys Irene Phillips of Rhiwbina, Cardiff, who made dolls as a hobby.
