Puzzle jug
Puzzle jug, baluster shaped body with flaring base, cylindrical neck with lozenge shaped and circular pierced decoration. Hollow handle forming a collar around upper part of neck with three bulbous spouts, narrow band of piercing above. Body transfer printed in underglaze blue with the 'Carnation' pattern of oriental flowers and feathery foliage; oriental border print around exterior and interior of neck. Scrolling flowers on handle. Brown enamelled rim.
