Notebook belonging to Miss Phryswith Matthews of Ty-Nant, St Fagans. She worked as a nurse at the 3rd Western General Hospital, Cardiff, during the First World War. The notebook contains handwritten recipes. On 6 January 1914, Phryswith attended a lecture on 'invalid cookery'.
