Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Ysgol Celyn school bell. Used by Mrs Martha Roberts, the last headmistress of the school, 1957-63.
Solid brass, cast bell with brassed ferrule and a wooden handle. The bell’s clapper, attachment chain and post are all steel. The wooden handle is a close-grained wood, possibly fruitwood.
