Conveyance of property from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited to Mr John Sawyers and Mrs Hannah Sawyers. Dated 12th February, 1930. Also contained within the conveyance is a handwritten note re. the completion of the purchase, On the other side of the note is a handwritten address (D.W Jones & Co.) and a postage stamp in the top left hand corner.
