Plate, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into slightly cushion moulded and straight spreading sides; lobed lip and cruciform moulding; painted in the centre with a spray of forget-me-nots, cornflowers, and violets, within a blue circular band crossed with gilt dashes; purple scale border edged with gilt c-scrolls issuing gilt leaf sprays; gilt lip.
