Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
2 grey ware jar sherds; a red ware flagon handle, a red ware bowl rim sherd; and a moselkeramik black slipped ware body sherd. Moselkeramik is an orange-brown fabric with a grey core and margins, the colours sandwiched together in thin, well-defined layers. The slip is smooth, even and glossy with a metallic sheen, almost black in colour. The wares mostly originate from the Trier area and typical forms are folded and rouletted beakers. Unfortunatly it is not possible to confirm the vessel type from this one body sherd.
