Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Ale pot or jug, pale buff coloured earthenware, standing on a flat base which is slightly pinched around the edges, slightly cylindrical lower body flaring out to a globular shape around the middle of the body, sloping inwards at the shoulder to a cylindrical neck with slightly flaring everted lip-rim, a number of pronounced throwing rings around the shoulder and neck, plain loop handle; the interior of the jug, the exterior neck, upper body and handle covered with a mottled green glaze which has worn off in places, the rest of the body left unglazed, the neck cracked and repaired.
