Originally used at Newbridge Police Station c.1880 - 1890
Tall wooden square charge desk with rail along the top. Top of the desk lifts open to reveal a compartment underneath which would have held the charge books. At the back of the desk there is a cupboard to the right and a space on the left for the Sergeant to sit. The rail has been removed and is in 3 parts.
