Outer side is a heavy weight plain woven un-dyed cotton weave count = warp 16 per cm weft 18 per cm 2 z spun s plied yarns. Navy coloured (waterproof) coating on the whole side and a 28cm strip on the underside, edges are bound in strips of 1.5cm the same fabric which is also coated. The underside is wool and cotton blend twill weave domette 3/3. Weave count approx 10 warps per cm, 12 wefts per cm. The stitching is done by machine in 8 s plied z spun in a neutral colour.
