Tray
Oval, straight sides, sloping, rising from flat base. Vermillion japan. Interior decorated with continuous panelled rosette and star border in gold with inner band of stylised foliate ornament to base, all in silver. Exterior with vermillion japan and plain bands to sides in gold and black japan to base. Varnished, resulting in the characteristic gold tinged surface appearance. Crazed
