Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
This is a poorly preserved skeleton with less than 25% of the remains surviving. The individual was a neonatal child of just 32-40 weeks old, their gender is undetermined.
They are from Burial Phase L: 886-1160 AD.
They were buried in an extended supine position oriented West-East in a simple grave.
The burial is associated with SK19.5, which may have cut into and disturbed the remains of SK19.6, possibly explaining why so little of this individual's remains are present.
