Stuffed rag doll with rudimentary stitched features & painted cheeks, the head and body an oblong shape of stuffed white cotton. Wearing a long dress of faded purple silk with long red and black patterned cotton sleeves and striped belt. The elaborate head dress a mass of small multi-coloured rags and pieces of lace stitched on to a black cotton cap, another clump of rags is stitched to the back of the belt and again at the neck where it fastens the large mesh, dark puce shawl, tasselled and beaded. The underskirt is white cotton lined with sage green
