Site Name: Mynydd Tal-y-glannau, Cemmaes
Notes: found whilst cutting peat on Mynydd Tal-y-glannau, c. 10 km NE of Cemmaes. A total of 18 such items were found, and a further specimen was found in 1929. The collection (formerly known as the Tanglannau hoard) was distributed amongst private individuals shortly after being found. (See records for: 18.78/1 & 35.117; there is some uncertainty relating to the provenance of this item).
