Pibgorn
Pibgorn. One of the earliest musical instruments played in Wales (it being mentioned alongside the crwth and harp in the 10th century Laws of Hywel Dda), the pibgorn was probably used as a solo instrument or to accompany dances. The hornpipe has experienced something of a revival in recent years and is frequently heard in Welsh folk music groups such as Crasdant and Fernhill.
