Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Pink dress made of synthetic satin fabric with an overall floral pattern. This was the first 'going out dress' of June Tiley. She wore the dress with a matching dolly bag (F79.22.4) in Cardiff in 1948. Originally a long evening dress with bodice, it was later altered into this sleeveless, short (mid-calf-length) dress with a full skirt and dolly type evening bag to match.
