Navy blue wool twill weave cap with red piping. There is a length of navy twill wool covering the neck, the ears and ties under the chin with black synthetic ribbon. There are two hooks (for hook and eye fasteners) one on either side of the head in line with the ears. The cap is lined with black cotton twill weave and has white printed text on the inside.
